These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PKR92 ("PKR92", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the PKR92 website and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, bingo, slot games, the game lobby and any other features available on the platform.

Your PKR92 account is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, sold or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account regardless of whether you authorised it.
You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. PKR92 staff will never ask you to share your password via any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately so the account can be secured.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your mobile number , email address or payment details must be updated promptly. PKR92 is not responsible for failed withdrawals or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.
If you forget your password, use the account recovery option on the login page. PKR92 will verify your identity before issuing a password reset. Do not attempt to create a new account if you have lost access to your existing one — contact support instead.
Tip: Use a strong, unique password for your PKR92 account — one that you do not use for any other website or app. This reduces the risk of unauthorised access significantly.
All deposits and withdrawals on PKR92 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets as payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes of confirmation from your payment provider. PKR92 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own charges. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
PKR92 only accepts deposits made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' accounts — are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is non-negotiable. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as possible — for JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically under five minutes once approved.
PKR92 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending KYC completion if your account has not yet been fully verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated.
Important: Never use someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account to deposit. This will trigger a compliance review and your withdrawal may be blocked until the source of funds is confirmed.
All bets placed on PKR92 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type. By placing a bet or starting a game, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the outcome as final once the relevant event or game round is completed.
PKR92 offers betting markets on cricket — including PSL, Pakistan international matches, T20 tournaments and other domestic and international cricket fixtures — as well as football, esports, tennis, kabaddi and other sports. Odds are displayed before bet confirmation and represent the return per unit staked if the bet wins.
In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and connectivity. PKR92 reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time without prior notice, particularly during live events where circumstances change rapidly. Bets already accepted and confirmed will stand unless the event is abandoned or cancelled per the relevant rules.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. For cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other factors but a result is reached under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) or equivalent methods, the result stands and bets are settled accordingly.
Game results for slots, bingo and live casino are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live dealer outcomes. PKR92 does not influence game outcomes. Results are final once a game round is completed. Disconnections during a game round do not void results — any completed round will be settled as it stands once connectivity is restored.
PKR92 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games and expiry periods — which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus subject to a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be bet ten times before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is always stated in the promotion's individual terms.
Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — check each promotion's terms for the applicable rates.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR92. Engaging in any of them — even once — may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the platform:
PKR92 monitors accounts for unusual patterns and cooperates with relevant authorities where required. If prohibited activity is detected, the account will be frozen, balances held and a full investigation conducted before any decision is communicated to the account holder.
PKR92 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification or abusive behaviour toward support staff.
If your account is suspended, you will typically receive a notification. However, in cases of suspected fraud or serious terms violations, PKR92 may act without prior notice to protect the platform and other players. Any funds held in a suspended account will be reviewed and returned if no wrongdoing is established, or withheld if the suspension resulted from a confirmed breach.
You may request to close your PKR92 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled at their natural conclusion and any withdrawable balance returned to your registered payment method. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — such as concerns about your own gambling behaviour — please consider requesting a self-exclusion instead of a simple account closure. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law. PKR92's total liability to any player in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the same period.
